Contests are just what the word says – contests – that means winners and not winners. Being in a contest is always a great growth experience whether as a contestant or as one of the many support roles which are important to contests. I have experienced that contests (actually, any open event) are most successful when well planned and PROMOTED. Do not expect anyone to attend if you do not let them know.
