Our District Leaders have put in place an Incentive Program to encourage all of you to be part of this Membership Building Process, not just to make our District distinguished but to keep our clubs healthy and strong.

Beat the Clock Award Incentive (May 1st to June 30th)

Each club that gains at least 5 new, dual or reinstated members from May 1st to June 30th will receive a ribbon from Toastmasters International (TI) and a 10% discount on one order for the TI Store placed in the next 6 months. Additionally, District 16 will give every club that receives the Beat the Clock Award a $100 gift certificate for the TI Store. But wait, there is more. Each club that receives the Beat the Clock Award is eligible for a drawing. The District will recognize and celebrate one of those clubs by providing food and beverages for their Area Speech Contest in September 2014. The District contribution is directly linked to the number of members gained during the Beat the Clock Membership Drive, $10 per member gained, up to $100.

Net Growth Incentive

Each club that ends the Toastmasters year on June 30th with at least 2 members more than they started out with on July 1st, 2013 will receive a $75 gift certificate for the TI Store.

Individual Membership Building Incentive (May 1st to June 30th)

The District 16 members that sponsor the most members in May and in June according to TI records will receive two Advanced Communications Manuals of their choice.
