District Leader Training is to provide effective training for district leaders, which is one of the most critical parts of our district's mission. Without properly trained leaders, districts cannot meet members' needs or introduce the benefits of Toastmasters to others.

Our district promotes and markets district-leader training as a vital means to develop leaders. Maximum attendance and participation are strongly encouraged at our training sessions at DEC meetings.

Door prizes will be drawn during the DEC meeting.

Topics include:

- conduct contests,

- coach challenging clubs,

- sponsor new clubs,

- mentor new clubs, and

- motivate members and leaders.
